The first focus group event was held in Nakhon Phanom province, Thailand. The event took place at Hotel Vela Dhi, on 26th October 2023, with attendees both on-site and online. The focus group was attended by representatives from related government agencies in Nakhon Phanom, cross-border traders and commerce association from Nakhon Phanom, several officials from Bangkok, and the delegates from the municipal authority of Khammouane province, Lao PDR.
